A forensic pathologist (Amir Aghaee) blames himself when the boy he injured in a car accident turns up in the morgue, in spite of an autopsy showing food poisoning as the most probable cause of death. Meanwhile, the boy's grieving father (Navid Mohammadzadeh) is torn up over buying cheap meat that turned out to be tainted. Iranian cowriter/director Vahid Jalilvand painstakingly studies each man's moral quandary and the impact on their coworkers, spouses, relatives, et al. Factoring in class and cultural divisions helps make for a heady drama.
