Imperfectly presented, but with a bit more ambition than might first be apparent, this volume is worthwhile for fans of sf, action-adventure, and 1980s nostalgia.

Grell's (Warlord; Jon Sable Freelance) extraordinary and realistic artwork, with sophisticated coloring by Julia Laquement, is a major draw, but the philosophy-laced writing holds up extremely well, too. Strongly recommended. With nudity, bloody violence, and coarse language, this is for older teens and adults.
