In-Person Events Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Paid In-Person Events 

The cancellation policy described herein applies to all Library Journal/School Library Journal IN-PERSON events, unless otherwise noted. The policy below helps us be fiscally responsible, and create the best event experience possible. We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from cancelling in a timely fashion, refunds outside of the timelines listed below will be considered on a case-by-case basis.   

Below is the timeline that cancellation requests must be received in order for refunds to be processed: 

Full Refund         45+ days from event starting date 

50% Refund        30-44 days from event start date 

No Refund          0-15 days from event start date 

Registration transfers are permitted throughout the entire registration period. Registration transfer requests made within 5-days of the event date are not guaranteed.
