The sisters must make a difficult decision: what to do with their home and the decrepit family bistro? When Abby runs into a stranger named Aiden sitting on the bistro’s patio as if he belongs there, she begins to dream of reopening the restaurant. Aiden Aldridge is on Silver Island for a vacation; meeting a captivating, down-to-earth woman was not on his agenda. The instant attraction between Abby and Aiden is too strong to overcome, but will their whirlwind relationship last?
VERDICT At times, the characters seem too good to be true, and the dialogue is a bit strained. A last-minute conflict doesn’t really add to the story. Best for fans of heartwarming easy reads with familiar characters.
