The facades they each wear at work hide a deep attraction, which is unleashed after a chance meeting in an after-hours fight club. A brief but well drawn trip to St. Tropez will provide readers with a hint of luxurious travel while still bringing the characters and their motivations to the fore. St. Aubin creates well drawn minor characters, who flesh out the story without drawing too much attention from the central romance.
VERDICT St. Aubin isn’t breaking any new ground, but readers will find the familiar story well told.
