The Kennedy Girl

Thomas’s (The Radcliffe Ladies’ Reading Club) 1960s-set novel features 19-year-old Mia Walker, whose future is uncertain after the recent death of her father. She is working as a counter girl at a Brooklyn bakery when she is discovered by a stranger who recruits her for an exotic new modeling career.
