As Capital Projects Manager for Cleveland Public Library Facility Master Plan, I am happy to say that the last rendering is from our Lorain Branch project, designed by HBM (Peter Bolek). Outdoor spaces are a priority for us as we design libraries for the future. To this end we have worked closely with DERU LA (https://www.deru-la.com/about) to create standards for these spaces throughout our 27 branch system. This year we will present the Hough Branch project at Greenbuild in San Diego. This project features an innovative approach, integrating the primary bio-retention cell with performance and outdoor classroom space. To learn more, find us at CPL.org, or go to https://courbanize.com/collections/cpl and follow this and all of our projects.

Not a book for teens. My child was assigned this in high school which is disturbing because parts are so inappropriate for that age. The need for getting wasted every time something good happens, the sexual content and amount of profanity was unexpected and seemed disrespectful.
We can conquer these issues in a better way. I just wish it was more clear that this is a book for adults, not the young adolescents who are trying to figure out how to be an adult.
