A Courtship To Fool Manhattan

Coming from a newly moneyed family that worked hard for their fortune, Victoria Biggs is considered an outsider among Manhattan’s blue bloods. She begrudgingly ventures to the city, however, for her best friend Audrey’s wedding. While there, she also hopes to catch the man who stole from her grandfather. With a deluge of wedding events to attend, Victoria is paired with Audrey’s brother Lincoln, a lawyer with an eye for social injustice. While joined, they attract a lot of matchmaker attention. Victoria won’t settle for less than a love match and Lincoln has vowed never to be misled by his heart, but they concoct a pretend relationship to allow themselves a reprieve. Putting their minds together, it seems they can solve any manner of problem, except how they can bear to let the other go when it’s all over.
