Acsquidentally in Love

Sloane Beaumont has spent his entire life trying to prove that his parents didn’t die in a failed ritual to the old gods, costing him his job in magical law enforcement and forcing him into private investigative work. When Lochlain, a man Sloane was anticipating a first date with, shows up unexpectedly in his office claiming to be Azaethoth the Lesser, old god of thieves and tricksters and possessing the tentacles to prove it, Sloane realizes the old gods his parents believed in may be real after all. Azaethoth claims Lochlain was his devout follower and was murdered before Azaethoth could save him. Now he’s looking for revenge and insists Sloane help him find the perpetrator. Sloane may be willing to take the case, but he’s unsure about falling into bed with Azaethoth, despite the god’s advances. As the investigation reveals potential humanity-ending schemes, Sloane discovers he wants Azaethoth no matter the consequences.
