While Alice may be fictional, Alice's Tea Cup is a real place. Opened in 2001 by the Fox sisters, it serves Victorian tea fare with a twist. Delectable scones include Black Forest Ham and Cheese Scones and Lavender Earl Grey Scones. Steak lovers will devour Alice's Steak Salad—which calls for steak, mixed greens, a Maté Carnival tea-soaked egg, and Granny Smith apple. The Foxes also discuss tea-brewing basics and the art of the tea party and share resources for locating teas. A treat for party planners and tea drinkers.
