Raoul Causcelle cannot believe his eyes when he sees Fleurine Dumotte for the first time in 10 years. They fell in love when they were 18, and no woman has ever come close to her in his mind. But they weren’t separated by choice—Fleurine is worried that her father is still after her and might make good on his threats to Raoul’s life. Will these two make up for lost time? The last of the Causcelle triplets finally gets his story, and it’s a doozy! The novel has a bit of a rocky start, feeling out of modern time, despite only taking place 10 years ago, but this can be explained away by the very cult element that makes this book so engrossing.
VERDICT Readers will be eager to see how the last entry in the “Son of a Parisian Dynasty” series (after Falling for Her Secret Billionaire) plays out.
