This book would be more accurately titled
Healthier Without Gluten. While the title suggests the focus might be solely on the health concerns associated with wheat, Wangen actually delves into the many health problems gluten causes for gluten-intolerant individuals (both celiac and nonceliac). He includes solid advice about testing for CD and other forms of GI. The only negative is the very technical and lengthy list of medical conditions associated with GI. Some descriptive information for the lay reader would have been helpful. (
