In her memoir, Fox News meteorologist Dean reports in heartbreaking detail how she lost her parents-in-law to COVID during the early days of the pandemic. Her storytelling evokes the confusion and chaos that was happening inside nursing homes as COVID quickly spread, sending her world into a tailspin. This book isn’t all about the pandemic, however.
