Sinclair Buchanan and Garrett Davenport have always coexisted with a level of tension between them. Since their best friends dated in high school, the pair had ample opportunities to snipe at each other, and neither have found a reason to stop. Part of the tension, though, was attraction, and after a chance encounter at a work function led to a hotel hookup, that friction ratcheted even higher. Now the same best friends are getting married, and Sin and Rett have agreed to put their differences aside to help the people they love. With both temporarily on Holly Grove Island, Rett’s grandmother asks them to collaborate on updating and selling her house. As they work to manage their expanding list of projects, a growing respect for each other, both personally and professionally, starts to mingle with lust, and the pair know they are at a crossroads.
