At least, she’s supposed to be working on desserts, but when the yacht’s owner, Matteo Di Corrado, sees how good Deepti is with his quiet and withdrawn niece, he asks her to step into the role of her friend and caregiver. The more time Matteo spends with Deepti, however, the more he may be falling for her.
VERDICT A solid grumpy/sunshine romance from Basu (Cinderella’s Forbidden Prince) for readers who like their heroes gruff and with a bit of a grumble.
