Jackson Haley is the star investigative reporter for the Courier in Chicago. Derelie Honeywell is the lifestyle digital edition newbie. She is assigned by her supervisor to work with Jack through the 36 Question Project, which supposedly encourages intimacy. Jack doesn't want to participate but finds Derelie's determination refreshing. Obviously, the 36 questions get them closer than just colleagues. This is quite the story of the newspaper industry and why people turn to fight clubs to let off steam.
VERDICT The last half may be a little rushed, but Paton (Hoodwinked Hearts) creates characters readers can care about; highly recommended for those who like their love stories with a little humor and a lot of sex.
