There is more at stake than everyone realizes, as Anna runs from a stalker and the family she doesn’t trust. Avery has to overcome a maze of secrets to obtain the answers she seeks, but she soon learns that they should have remained hidden. Bell delivers a perfect beach read with compelling characters and baffling circumstances. Some story elements are easy to decipher, but even the savviest suspense readers will be shocked by the final pages.
