VERDICT Copperman, the pseudonym of crime writer Jeffrey Cohen and author of the "Haunted Guesthouse" mysteries, sets up an intriguing premise for his new series: Just who is Duffy Madison? The second book promises to investigate that very issue. Lots of fun.
